北京市二十一世纪实验幼儿园于1995年创立，并成为北京市最早的民办双语幼儿园，历经23年的办园经验累积，现已拥有近40所直营幼儿园，教职员工近2000余人，在园幼儿总数10000余人，教育的总投资为5.6亿元。

随着办学规模的不断扩大，集团教学管理团队的力量也在不断发展壮大。管理支持团队中，超过95%的人员具备本科以上学历，其中研究生学历近20%；一线教师100%具有教师资格证书，幼教大专及以上学历占95%，具有幼教高级职称的教师占20%。

With the continuous expansion of the size of kindergarten, the number of group teaching management team is also growing.
